The Activity Challenge is a fun way to test children’s physical literacy and fitness, including stamina, agility and coordination. Take the challenge now and see if your class are bronze, silver or gold champions!

Benefits of the Challenge.

The physical activity challenges that the children carry out are simple and easy to participate in. They provide challenges that young people can attempt, practice and then attempt again to see if they can improve their scores. They are designed to provide a baseline score for each individual taking up the challenges, which they can try and beat over any period of time.

  • Track progress
  • Compare your scores against average scores
  • See if your class are bronze, silver or gold champions

Physical inactivity is the ticking time bomb for UK health - one in three children in the UK is overweight and only 21% of boys and 16% of girls achieve the recommended levels of physical activity each week.

Challenging Inactivity

Hundreds of studies from around the world point to the same conclusion: Regular physical activity throughout the day can lead to better behaviour, attendance and academic performance. This is true in both the short term (immediately after physical activity has taken place) and the long term.
